Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing insights on systems optimization, process mapping, and logistics for AI training purposes.

Design, develop, and evaluate integrated systems to streamline industrial production processes.

Collaborate with AI teams to translate real-world manufacturing scenarios into actionable datasets and training content.

Assess and refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with best practices in quality control, inventory management, and production coordination.

Model and document complex workflows, identifying inefficiency points and proposing solutions for process improvement.

Support the interpretation of cost analysis, human work factors, and material flow for AI learning modules.

Contribute to continual improvement of AI capabilities within industrial production contexts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial engineering, focusing on optimizing production systems and processes.

Strong knowledge of process mapping, logistics, quality control, and systems integration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage part-time, remote commitments.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially in technical or data-centric environments.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating efficiency, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.

Ability to distill operational challenges into practical solutions for AI training.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience training or developing content for artificial intelligence or machine learning applications.

Familiarity with AI/ML tools and the data annotation process in industrial settings.

Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
