Human Resource Business Partner - Officer Experience in same field min. 4 years in Automotive / manufacture industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal.

Problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travelling, and fast adaptation & learning.

Willing placed at Factory - Karawang Timur.

Responsibilities

Co working with the hiring Manager to create/renew job descriptions to be competitive and valid

Monthly data reports of manpower number and cost along with quarterly attrition analysis

Coach the User in sensitizing the guidelines and process of PMS

Clarify queries regarding target setting, mid-year review and Annual Appraisal

Drive and track the recognition program offerings for function/department

Ensuring the availability and realization of Individual Development Plan of High Potential and High Performance

Track and monitoring the adherence to the training plan/schedule

Reviewing the competency framework in 2 years

Driving the implementation of HR programs and initiatives within specific business units.

Resolve Employee Relation issues and address grievances under the guidance of HR Manager/Head

Creating data dashboard/metrics for decision making and actions
