Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

Prepare and deliver sales reports to management

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Attend trade shows, events, or client meetings as required

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace tools

Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when needed

Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused mindset
