Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement on the companyโs e-commerce platform. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce trends, and customer behavior. E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will work closely with E-Commerce Category Analyst to ensure that marketing campaigns align with product offerings and merchandising strategies, ultimately driving online sales and brand growth.
Job Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, email, social media, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with CRM systems.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and content marketing.
Experience in a similar role within the same industry (retail) will be preferred.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they relate to e-commerce marketing will be preferred.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methods will be preferred.
Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
Willing to WFO from our Head Office in South Jakarta (Pancoran)
