Accounting Manager - Transfer Pricing

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Handle transfer pricing matters and support related documentation and reporting Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and public accounting firms (KAP) Collaborate with regional / global finance teams and support cross-functional stakeholders Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Experience from a

Multinational Company (MNC)

environment is highly preferred Prior experience in

Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

and/or as an Accountant is a strong advantage Familiar with

transfer pricing

concepts and compliance Accustomed to handling

high-volume transactions

with strong accuracy and control Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, structured, and committed to high standards of accuracy
