Job Description
Job Title: Support Associate – Indodana
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Support Associate to manage merchant and partner documentation, password resets, reconciliation, and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage Merchant or Partner documents into the Indodana system.
Update tagging locations and event tags on store in response to Sales team requests.
Reset passwords for merchant dashboards upon request.
Process reconciliations for large merchants such as Blibli PayLater, Tiket.com, and Zalora.
Document and maintain records, including reporting team integration and partnership campaign documentation.
Store and manage documents on Google Drive for merchants and partners.
Manage and store QR codes and static access records for merchant dashboards on Google Drive.
Collaborate closely with Fraud, Sales, Business Development, and other stakeholders to support successful merchant integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; fresh graduates from Jabodetabek region are welcome.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (or equivalent).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, adhere to structured timetables, and focus on deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self‑starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Truthful, accurate, dynamic, proactive, with a passion for learning and adaptability to new challenges.
