About the Company All Paving is a company specialized in paving and asphalt solutions, working with commercial and residential clients. We are looking to expand our sales efforts by strengthening relationships with existing leads and converting them into active customers.

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven

Account Manager

to manage and develop

pre-existing leads . These are contacts who already know All Paving but have not yet been fully engaged (e.g., they have not received a quote or follow-up). This role focuses on initiating conversations, understanding client needs, and moving opportunities forward in the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Reach out to pre-existing leads who are already familiar with All Paving. Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients via phone, email, and follow-ups. Identify client needs and coordinate the preparation and delivery of estimates and proposals. Qualify opportunities and move leads through the early stages of the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM. Work closely with the operations or estimating team to ensure timely and accurate quotes. Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into active customers.

Requirements Previous experience as an Account Manager, SDR, or in a sales-related role. Experience using CRM tools. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the paving, construction, or related industries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable following up with leads and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
