Main Responsibilities As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will:

Develop and Execute Strategy:

Shape and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Market Analysis:

Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Key Account Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.

Product Promotion:

Oversee the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring effective positioning and brand awareness.

Sales Target Achievement:

Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.

Budget Management:

Manage departmental budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (Masters degree is a plus)

Minimum 8 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry

Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets

Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape and regulatory environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

Willingness to travel as needed
