Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounting professional

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably within the

insurance industry , and solid knowledge of insurance-related accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in

Accounting or Finance .

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on accounting experience (pure accounting role; finance‑only experience will not be considered).

Experience in the

insurance industry

is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge and understanding of

PSAK 117

and other insurance-related accounting standards.

Journal entries, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliation and financial reporting.

Solid understanding of chart of accounts, period‑end closing.

Experience supporting and/or coordinating internal and external audit processes, including preparation of schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.

Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and accounting software such as

Accurate, SAP, Xero, Jurnal.id, MYOB, Oracle

or similar systems.

Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with insurance systems (CARE Tech, FAAST, APPs, Brokap) is a strong advantage.
