Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Environmental Engineering, Public Health (Occupational Health and Safety/K3), or Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, with experience in a factory/manufacturing environment preferred.

Must have an in-depth understanding of Indonesian Labor Regulations (Ketenagakerjaan).

Must have strong knowledge and understanding of EHS regulations, especially the Regulations on B3 Waste Management and Environmental Permits (related Ministerial/Government Regulations from KLHK).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work strategically and operationally in a dynamic environment.
