Responsibilities
Lead and define overall digital marketing strategies (affiliate, ads, social media specialist, e-commerce enabler management)
Translate client business goals into clear marketing plans and direction
Review, guide, and optimize team execution across all channels
Monitor performance, analyze results, and give strategic recommendations
Act as the main strategic contact for clients
Lead and manage 2+ team members, ensuring alignment and performance
Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and growth targets
Provide insights and improvements based on data and market trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/digital strategy
Strong understanding of digital marketing overall (ads, content, marketplace)
Able to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to manage multiple clients or projects
