Develop strategies based on data-driven analysis & lead strategy execution to improve platform reliability (service excellence), including managing supply & demand balance, identifying driver/merchant/user undesired behavior.
Conduct end-to-end experiments to evaluate effectiveness of each initiative in improving platform reliability, while ensuring business profitability.
Create and define metrics dashboard and produce reports regularly to update management by creating detailed decks of strategies, performance metrics trends, and actionable items.
Spearhead project management with cross-functional teams (national & multinational) to execute platform reliability related strategies
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
Minimum 4 years of similar working experience, with analytical, statistical, and experimentation experience are preferable
Prior working experience in E-Commerce / Consultant or startup industries are strongly preferred
Curious to deep-dive anomaly or suspicious data and able to generate insights/findings from data to make data-driven decisions
SQL and spreadsheet proficiency is a must; R/Python programming language is a plus
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills (Fluent in ID and EN, both written and verbal)
Agile, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects
Able to work with minimum supervision.
