Mobile Admission (Across Branches)

The Mobile Admission Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality front office and patient admission services across all branches of Tirta Medical Centre. This role requires strong adaptability, professionalism, mobility, and adherence to company service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support operations by performing rotational assignments across multiple branches as needed.

Maintain service quality, data confidentiality, and compliance with company SOPs.

Provide clear and professional information regarding clinic services.

Manage patient flow, queuing, and administrative transactions efficiently.

Perform patient registration, data verification, and administrative processes with accuracy.

Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery across branches.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Administration, Healthcare, or related fields preferred.

Willing and able to work in a mobile/multi-location assignment.

Professional, neat, and proportional appearance aligned with frontliner standards.

Minimum 2 years of experience in front office, admission, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to maintain grooming and personal hygiene according to company policy.

High integrity, discipline, and strong customer service orientation.
