Leader Warehouse (Parung)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Warehouse Leader

to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and supervise the warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth material movement, monitoring all warehouse transactions, and reconciling system data with actual stock conditions.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Oversee inventory management for

raw materials (bahan baku)

and

finished goods (FG) .

Supervise and guide the warehouse operations team to achieve performance targets.

Ensure all warehouse activities—including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch—run accurately and on schedule.

Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile differences between

system data and actual stock .

Coordinate with related departments (Production, Purchasing, QA, Logistics) to support operational needs.

Identify process gaps and propose improvements for warehouse operations.

Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Proven experience (2–3 years) in warehouse operations; leadership experience is an advantage.

Strong understanding of inventory management for raw materials and finished goods.

Familiar with warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and stock reconciliation processes.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
