PT KALTIM PARNA INDUSTRI is a fully integrated Ammonia Industry located at Bontang East Kalimantan with its representative office at Jakarta. Currently, we are looking for and invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team with proven skills in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives with base in Bontang:
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and full compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.
Ensure adherence to both local and international accounting standards across all financial activities.
Maintain strict compliance with tax regulations by coordinating annual audits and implementing robust accounting policies and procedures.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and analyse comprehensive financial statements—including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements—ensuring full compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards.
Collaborate with senior management by analysing complex financial data and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and reviews, addressing audit findings and implementing recommended improvements.
Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency within the accounting function.
Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Experience
At least 10 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
Minimum 3 years in a managerial position (Assistant Manager/Manager).
Prior experience working in a public audit firm is required.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in accounting software; SAP experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
Strong capability in preparing detailed financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement) in compliance with GAAP or equivalent standards.
Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Additional Information
Permanent position (PKWTT) with 3 months probation period.
Working Days: Monday – Friday.
