Finance Manager

Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.

Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for cost savings and revenue improvement.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.

Willing to be placed in Manado, North Sulawesi.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
