Floral Designer

Floral Designer supports the development and execution of innovative floral designs that elevate Floward’s product offering. This role helps implement seasonal collections, collaborates cross-functionally to meet commercial goals, and ensures consistent design quality across regions. The Floral Designer also plays a key role in guiding florist training and maintaining Floward’s standard of floral excellence.

Key Responsibilities Design Execution

Create and support implementation of floral designs for core, seasonal, and trend-based collections.

Execute arrangements based on design briefs and commercial constraints.

Concept & Collection Development

Collaborate with the Floral Design Manager to develop concepts that drive engagement and revenue.

Contribute to trend and customer insight research to inform future product direction.

Product Feasibility & Standards

Ensure floral arrangements are producible at scale and meet quality guidelines.

Support product testing and improvements in collaboration with production teams.

Assist in selecting appropriate flowers and materials in line with the design strategy.

Liaise with Procurement for cost‑effective and timely sourcing of floral materials.

Support Training & Development

Help build florist training content and deliver knowledge transfer to local design teams.

Champion quality and consistency across all design touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications Education Certification or diploma in Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related creative field.

Experience

3–5 years in floral design; experience in premium floral or gifting brands preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong floral design skills across product categories and formats.

Understanding of product lifecycle, inventory flow, and seasonal timing.
