Job Description

Executing trades across multiple financial products (Equity Trading, Fixed Income/Sukuk Trading and Money Market Placement) in adherence to regulatory requirements.

Monitoring market trends and providing insights to optimise trading strategies.

Data Analytics & Trade Intelligence, develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for trade execution metrics across asset class in Python/VBA, visualisation in powerBI/Databrick.

Collaborating with portfolio managers to align trading activities with investment goals.

Maintaining detailed records of all trades and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Analysing trade performance and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.

Ensuring seamless communication with counterparties and resolving trade-related issues.

Utilising trading platforms and tools effectively to enhance operational efficiency.

Staying updated on market developments and regulatory changes impacting the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

WPPE or WMI Holder

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields.

1-5 years relevant trading experience

Knowledge and proficiency will be built in Bloomberg Trading functions AIM, EMSX, TSOX, etc, and custodial systems extensively.

Strong technical Python, SQL, Excel VBA, as well as SAP Business Object reporting software, PowerBI, Databricks and database management is a plus.

Experience in middle or back-office roles on buy or sell side helpful in understanding the full life cycle of trade executions.

Experience handling projects, corporate actions, settlement, funds accounting experience an advantage.
