Job Description As a GM HR&GA, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes.

Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively.

Supervising the General Affairs function, including facility management and administrative support.

Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Collaborating with senior management to align HR policies with business goals.

Providing leadership and guidance to the HR and GA teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant A successful GM HR&GA should have:

Proven expertise for at least 15 years experience in Human Resources and General Affairs within diversified businees

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations.

Experience in managing HR operations and developing strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

A background in overseeing General Affairs and Government Relations functions, including facilities and administration.

Ability to collaborate with senior management and contribute to overall business strategy.
