Collect and analyze sales data by region, brand, and channel and to monitor performance against targets
Support pricing simulations and evaluate the impact of excise changes on sales and profitability
Analyze price elasticity and monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide recommendations for price adjustments
Review marketing investment to measure their effectiveness and ROI
Prepare regular business performance reports and dashboards for management
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align on forecasts and action plans
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal and external sources
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial planning, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or tobacco
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage
Familiar with Indonesia’s excise and pricing regulations is a plus
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets
Able to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
