Job Description

About The Role This role leads high‑impact brand and marketing initiatives across major sponsorships and Mini App engagement programs. It combines strategic planning, creative development, negotiation, and on‑ground execution to bring sponsorship experiences to life while also driving digital engagement through Mini App go‑to‑market strategies and multi‑channel marketing campaigns. The role oversees performance tracking, post‑event analysis, and media coordination (OOH and TV), ensuring every activation delivers measurable results and strengthens the brand’s presence across both offline and digital ecosystems.

What You Will Do

Lead end‑to‑end management of major sponsorship initiatives, including the Futsal Series, IBL, and various tactical sponsorship activations.

Oversee planning and creative development, conduct negotiations with rights holders and vendors, and manage on‑ground execution throughout event periods.

Track performance and deliver comprehensive post‑event reports, including key insights and learnings.

Support OOH and TV media placements through coordination with agencies and media vendors.

Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for the Mini App–Engagement initiatives, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and creative direction.

Manage end‑to‑end marketing execution for Mini App programs by coordinating cross‑channel amplification, optimizing performance, and conducting post‑campaign analysis to drive sustained user engagement and conversion.

What You Will Need

Strong project and event management skills, capable of leading large‑scale sponsorship programs end‑to‑end.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities with rights holders, agencies, and vendors.

Creative and strategic mindset for developing sponsorship concepts, activation ideas, and integrated marketing plans.

Strong analytical skills to track performance, interpret data, and deliver post‑event insights.

Effective cross‑functional communication and collaboration, including coordination for OOH and TV media placements.

Solid marketing expertise, particularly in go‑to‑market strategy and execution for digital products such as Mini Apps.

Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to execute efficiently in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
