Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for converting leads, contacting potential customers, and delivering excellent customer service to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing product information, maintaining relationships, and develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention. Qualifications: Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients Experience in Customer Support or Telemarketing Ability to maintain client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field preferred Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are an added advantage Familiarity with financial markets or derivatives trading is a plus
