Product Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management or Consulting, with a track record of successful product launches and scaling products

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data‑driven decision‑making effectively

Problem solver with structural and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines

Willing to work from office (WFO) at Mampang Blue Bird Head Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

Manage and optimize products related to promotions, subscriptions, loyalty programs, and other marketing initiatives

Liaise with stakeholders regularly to prioritize the product roadmap and communicate updates effectively

Document and deeply understand current systems as a basis for identifying opportunities for transformation and improvement

Define and deliver a clear product vision for evolving the current system into a next‑generation platform

Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics (e.g., customer retention, conversion rates, subscription growth) and adjust strategies to achieve defined targets

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities

Collaborate with research, data, and UI/UX teams to gather insights and deliver customer‑centric improvements

Mentor associate or intern Product Managers to help them achieve individual and team objectives
