Job Description
The Role: EU Sales non-SATA Accounts for F&B and HPC
Drive sales and order growth for Food & Beverage (F&B) and Home & Personal Care (HPC) segments by focusing on non-SATA accounts (e.g., Torabika, Wings, Orang Tua, Sosro, Garuda Food, Multi Bintang, Mondelez) and actively identifying and acquiring new customers. Ensure alignment with zone (SE) basket priorities and deliver individual performance goals.
What will you do?
Account Management & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned non-SATA accounts in F&B and HPC segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within SE basket products
Sales & Order Performance
Achieve assigned order and sales growth targets for non‑SATA accounts across SE basket
Monitor and analyze account performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management review
New Customer Acquisition
Identify, qualify, and convert new customers in F&B and HPC segments
Develop tailored proposals and strategies to win new business
Build a sustainable pipeline for long‑term growth
Portfolio Expansion
Drive incremental growth in IA (including PA) basket orders for assigned accounts
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to introduce new solutions to customers
Customer Engagement & Support
Provide technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Organize customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with all country channel sales, marketing, national sales, commercial operation, logistic and customer service teams for seamless execution
Align with regional and global sales strategies for F&B and HPC segments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
KPI 1:
Focus Orders Growth on assigned F&B HPC Non‑SATA Accounts (SE Basket) – 20%
KPI 2:
Focus Sales Growth on assigned F&B HPC Non‑SATA Accounts (SE Basket) – 40%
KPI 3:
Focus IA (including PA) basket Orders on assigned F&B HPC Non‑SATA Accounts – 20%
KPI 4:
Individual Performance Goals – 20%
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in F&B or HPC industry
Strong knowledge of non‑SATA accounts and potential new customers in Indonesia market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
