Villa Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced

Villa Manager

to oversee the full operations of a

private luxury villa in Ubud . This is a

dedicated position , exclusively assigned to

one villa only , with no responsibility for other properties.

Responsibilities

Manage daily villa operations in accordance with luxury hospitality standards

Supervise and coordinate all villa staff (housekeeping, gardener, maintenance, security if applicable)

Ensure consistent quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Handle guest check-in / check-out and maintain high-level guest relations

Coordinate technical issues and preventive maintenance

Manage inventory, operational supplies, and small operational budgets

Prepare regular operational reports and communicate effectively with the property owner

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Villa Manager or in a senior hospitality role

Background in luxury hospitality, private villas, or high-end hotels preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

Fluent in Indonesian; good command of English required

Able to work independently with a proactive and service-oriented mindset

Based in Ubud or willing to relocate nearby
