Assistant Finance Manager

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive financial oversight, budget control, and compliance management for CAPEX and OPEX within our high-end residential building.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance/Accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Finance/Accounting Manager or equivalent.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.

Experience in the residential apartment is a plus.

Brevet tax certified.

Fully proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (for financial analysis and reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in ERP is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English for external communication and reporting.

Adaptable, high initiative, and detail-oriented (essential for reviewing vendor billing documents and audit tasks), and able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive financial oversight, budget control, and compliance management for CAPEX and OPEX; review vendor billing documents; conduct audit tasks; and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.
