Job Description
Responsible for monitoring branch sales performance.
Break down targets and map areas for each salesperson (exclusive).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the logistics head for branch stock procurement.
Collaborate with distributors on planned and ongoing programs.
Review active items in each account.
Monitor account promotions in line with the program.
Conduct visits to outlets, especially Pareto outlets.
Evaluate promotions that have been created and executed by accounts.
Maintain communication and good relationships with account buyers.
Review assortment and conduct business reviews with account buyers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Preferably 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership role
Proven experience as a Sales supervisor or similar role in the baby product or food product retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
