Business Development - Building Materials

Job Description You will identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, and construction companies.

You will present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.

You will achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement.

You will maintain relationships with customers by providing customer service and support, information and guidance about our range of products.

You will conduct group presentations to consultants such as architects and developers.

You will assist consultants in preparing technical specifications and tender documents for projects.

You will stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

You will provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.

Ability to speak English fluently.

Background in B2B Sales Client Acquisition (Advertising, Agency, Consultant, Real Estate, etc.)

Plus point: Experience with residential developers, contractors, architectural firms, and interior designers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
