WAREHOUSE MANAGER – FMCG / FOOD & BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING

Location: KIEC – Cilegon, Banten Ready to Join ASAP Are you a seasoned Warehouse Leader from a Food & Beverage manufacturing environment who thrives on operational precision, strong team control, and on-time customer delivery? We are looking for a high-impact Warehouse Manager with at least 7 years of proven managerial experience, ready to lead warehouse and finished-goods logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not just a coordination role; this is a command-center leadership position. What You Will Lead

End-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch). Managed finished-goods delivery to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance. Inventory accuracy, reconciliation, stock control, and reporting with high numerical precision. Management of warehouse manpower, including supervisors, staff, and operators. Strong control and negotiation with external trucking vendors. Implementation of SOP, FIFO/FEFO, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operational data analysis to drive efficiency, cost control, and service excellence. What We Expect From You

Minimum 7 years of experience as Warehouse Manager (must be verifiable). Proven background in the Food & Beverage / FMCG Manufacturing Industry. Deep understanding of warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and logistics cost control. Proficient in AX System (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical mindset with close attention to detail and numbers. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major. Strong leadership presence, able to manage teams firmly and professionally. Flexible, emotionally mature, resilient, and able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Ready to be based in KIEC Cilegon and join immediately.
