As a Corporate Planning & Advisory Associate, you will play a significant role in: Analyze and review merger & acquisition transactions, which include but are not limited to due diligence, document fulfillment, and consultant appointment. Conduct a fair valuation of the acquisition price of the target acquired company. Conduct a feasibility study and monitor United Tractors existing projects. Collect and analyze the financial performance and financial data report. Advise the company’s director on the feasibility studies report. Collaborate with other departments to perform joint study. Requirements Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Planning, or Business Development. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Economy, Accounting, or Business. Minimum GPA of 3.25. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, operational sense, and communication skill. Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence. Strong knowledge in financial analysis/planning, business development, and feasibility study.
