Requirement

Min. Bachelor's degree - Accounting

Min. 2 Years experience as Asset Management Or Accounting Supervisor in Food & Beverage Company

GL accounting experience

Experience in journal entries

Mastering relevant accounting software Ms. Excel, Ms. BC, ERP

Understand accounting and tax process standards

Accustomed to handling accounting processes for more than 10 business units/branches

Able to be a team leader, problem solving skills, and have high integrity

willing to work mobile to Jabodetabek outlets, and travel outside the city

Job Desc

Supervise General Ledger (GL) Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the GL team, ensuring accurate & timely recording of financial transactions.

Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Oversee the maintenance of the fixed asset register and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets.

Coordinate and participate in physical asset verification and fixed asset count procedures, reconciling any discrepancies with the fixed asset register – Tagging & Tracking

Prepare detailed reports on fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and impairments for internal management and external reporting.

Reconciliation of Cash, Bank, Receivables, & Payables data and transaction data between business units

Create financial reports for Head Office and Outlet/Restaurant/Branch

Conduct financial data analysis for Head Office and Outlet/Restaurant/Branch

Verify transaction documents & journal postings related to data accuracy and physical

Follow up on internal audit results

Review fixed asset preventive maintenance programs
