Responsibilities : Supervise and ensure processes operate within defined parameters Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Troubleshoot & resolve process deviations in a timely manner Identify potential hazards affecting people, products, or environment Ensure strict implementation of GMP, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Support Safety, Health & Environment (HSE) risk assessments & audits Lear or support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost saving and efficiency project Support trials for new products or new technologies. Validate new processes and ensure smooth industrialization Prepare reports on process performance, quality result & improvement projects

Requirements Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Min 2 years of process engineer/production/continuous improvement in manufacturing industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation skills Fluent in English (written and speaking)
