SAP Business System Manager

About the role As the SAP Business System Manager at PT Arisamandiri Pratama, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customisation, and management of the company's SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This full‑time position is based in Demak, Central Java, and is a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's critical business systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the company's SAP ERP system

Develop and manage customisations to the SAP system to meet the unique business requirements of PT Arisamandiri Pratama

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of the SAP system

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address process improvement opportunities

Ensure the integrity and security of the SAP system and related data

Train and support end‑users on the effective utilisation of the SAP system

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices

Manage and mentor a team of SAP specialists and system administrators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

8+ years of experience in SAP system management, including implementation, configuration, and customisation

Proven track record of successfully leading ERP system projects and managing a team of specialists

Extensive knowledge of SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, and SD

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams

Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
