HR Compliance & Legal Knowledge

Strong understanding oflabor laws, company policies, and employee rights.

Ability to ensure company compliance withBPJS, Ministry of Manpower regulations, and workplace policies.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, HRBPs, and external institutions.

Ability to communicate sensitive or complex HR mattersclearly and tactfully.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

Analytical thinking to assess employee issues and recommend fair, compliant, and strategic solutions.

Ability to make decisions in a way that balances employee well-being with business needs.

HRIS & Payroll Management

Proficiency inHRIS platformsand payroll systems to manage employee data and compensation efficiently.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Confidentiality & Ethics

Strong integrity and ethical judgment in handlingsensitive employee data, complaints, and disciplinary matters.

Commitment to maintainingconfidentiality and professionalismin all HR-related interactions.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or engagement.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Experience managing HRIS and payroll systems.

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

Fluency in English both written and speaking

% Error rate in payroll
