Sales Consultant/Product Consultant/Senior Product Consultant

Responsibilities

1. Achieve individual sales targets and actively support the store in reaching overall sales goals

2. Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent and professional customer service experience

3. Ensure alignment between system and physical inventory; assist in regular stocktaking

4. Provide product explanations and usage guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

5. Sell smartphones and AIoT-related products, offering personalized product bundle recommendations

6. Use and maintain company assets properly; assist in keeping product displays and store cleanliness in good condition

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or above

2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience; familiarity with smartphones, home appliances, or FMCG industry is a plus

3. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

4. Passion for electronic products with a willingness to continuously learn

5. Proactive, cooperative, and a strong team player
