Overview We are seeking a

Manager Content

who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns for WPP Media. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who ensures that campaigns are seamlessly implemented and achieve their intended KPIs. Collaborate with Multinational Brands Work with renowned multinational brands under the WPP Media portfolio, playing a crucial role in the creation and success of high-impact digital and social content campaigns.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include Campaign Management Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of local and regional digital content campaigns to ensure they meet desired KPIs. Continuously seek and implement innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, and media vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Address and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle to maintain smooth operations. Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all content and materials before publication. Utilize various digital tools and platforms for campaign management, performance tracking, and reporting. Performance Analysis Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Reporting Prepare detailed campaign reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Trend Monitoring Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness. Influencer Relations Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance campaign reach and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications Experience 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; social media and content experience is a strong advantage. Digital Savvy Strong understanding of social media and active usage of digital and social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube. Project Management Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with agencies and publishers to meet campaign objectives. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Collaboration Strong collaborative spirit with a positive working attitude in a team environment. Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Technical Proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to different tools. Autonomy Ability to work independently while achieving campaign objectives.
