About the Role As a

Brand Activation , you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through meaningful online and offline experiences. This role focuses on executing impactful activations that connect emotionally with our audience, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every activation is well-coordinated, on-brand, and delivered on time.

What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience

in

brand activation or event management , preferably in the

baby personal care or skincare industry Proven experience in

brand activation or event management , both

online & offline Ability to work under

tight timelines

and manage multiple activities simultaneously Strong coordination skills with

multiple stakeholders

(internal teams, vendors, partners) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

What You Will Do Execute and coordinate

online & offline brand activation activities

aligned with brand strategy and campaign briefs Manage various brand events such as

product launches, roadshows, bazaars, beauty classes, parenting events, in-store activations, and digital events Coordinate with

vendors, event organizers (EO), talents, and external parties

to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines Manage event operational needs including

timelines, rundowns, manpower, materials, sampling, and logistics Monitor and evaluate event execution and prepare

post-activation reports

(photos, videos, recaps, and insights) Support

digital activations , including live streaming, online events, and social media campaign activations
