Mechanical Hardware Engineer (Staff)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve machine hardware and mechanical systems to support manufacturing modernization initiatives. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of manufacturing machines. Support machine modification, maintenance activities, and technical problem-solving on the production floor. Participate in engineering and improvement projects related to equipment, processes, and production lines. Provide basic training and technical guidance related to machine operation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong interest in manufacturing, machinery, and industrial environments. Familiar with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting concepts. Experience from projects, internships, or campus engineering activities is a plus. Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn. Able to communicate in English at a basic conversational level. Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority. Willing to travel to multiple sites within Pratama Group (mostly placed in Serpong).
