What you’ll do General Accountabilities: Schedules and coordinates meetings for internal and external stakeholders. Updates and maintains activity data for brand plans. Arranges travel, accommodations, and meals for team members. Establishes and manages purchasing requirements. Assists with invoice processing and related administrative tasks. Performs occasional data analysis and generate reports as needed.

Essential for the role Bachelor’s degree in any field; Accounting, Finance, or other non-social sciences preferred. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Enjoy working with numbers and handling tight deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Proactive with a confident and professional attitude. Available to work full-time.

This role will be hired on a

contract-basis under 3rd party vendor

(extendable subject to performance review and business needs).
