Job Role
The GA Manager or GA Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end supervision of office administration and facility management. This role ensures a high-standard working environment, manages procurement processes, and acts as the primary communication bridge between the Director and various departments. The ideal candidate is a bilingual leader with strong logical thinking who can manage external vendors and internal cross-functional coordination seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate general office tasks, including inventory, building maintenance, and facility management
Ensure workplace cleanliness, neatness, and comfort
Manage support services: security, transportation/drivers, cleaning staff, and canteen operations
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and monitor receipt, storage, and distribution of materials
Maintain relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers
Manage company documents, archives, permits, and licenses
Act as translator and communication bridge between the Director and other departments
Coordinate company meetings, corporate hospitality, and executive activities
Serve as main liaison for Chinese (WNA) colleagues and external stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree (S1) in any major with minimum 5 years of GA experience for Manager level (or 3 years for SPV level), including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Experience working in Chinese companies, preferably in Consumer Electronics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong logical, strategic thinking, and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, available to start within 10 days, with professional fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6) and adequate English skills
