[Contract] Intellectual Property -Commercial- and Data Protection Legal Officer

Job Descriptions Conducting legal research in broad subject matters, assisting in providing legal review Legal drafting, reviewing and negotiating on various commercial contracts (commercial, NDA, vendor, procurement, lease, marketing, influencer & etc) Performing day-to-day legal support for Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Data Protection of Ruangguru Work closely with other departments to socialize company internal policy and assist in solving legal issues in various commercial and product-related settings Monitoring the validity of Ruangguru's legal documents

Job Requirements Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university At least 1 years experience in the related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply Excellent verbal and written English skills Good knowledge of corporate and civil laws, intellectual property law, personal data protection law Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work and meet deadlines Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively Experienced on reviewing and drafting agreements (especially commercial, influencer/KOL, service, land lease, renovation and IT procurement contract) and basic legal conduct and/or due diligence would be advantage
