Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Basic Knowledge:

Maintenance management concepts

Preventive and corrective maintenance

Asset and equipment lifecycle management

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of maintenance planning and execution

Exposure to plant, factory, or utility environments

MTP SAP PS (Project System) Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Project Management‑related fields

Basic Knowledge:

Project management fundamentals:

Project planning and scheduling

Cost monitoring and control

Basic understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Preferred Skills:

Structured and analytical thinking

Interest in project‑based industries (construction, EPC, IT projects)

MTP SAP MM/WM (Material Management & Warehouse Management) Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management

Basic Knowledge:

Procurement and purchasing processes

Inventory management

Warehouse and logistics operations

Supply chain fundamentals

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of SAP WM or EWM

Understanding of warehouse optimization concepts

MTP SAP ABAP Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

Technical Requirements:

Basic understanding of programming concepts (Javascript or TypeScript): Variable, Function, Array & Object, JSON.

Familiar with REST API (request & response)

Knowledge of:

Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)

Database concepts and SQL

Logical and algorithmic thinking

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of ABAP programming

Familiarity with SQL environment (Store Procedure, View, Trigger)

Exposure to web development (frontend or backend) and SAP S/4HANA

Familiar with Git or version control

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of working experience

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in relevant fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain (module dependent).
