Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Mandarin Speaker at SANY Heavy Industry Indonesia. The role involves serving as a liaison for effective communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams, providing translation and interpretation services, and ensuring accurate and clear communication in both Mandarin and Indonesian. Responsibilities also include managing documentation, supporting cross-border initiatives, and assisting in other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth collaboration and operations.

Qualifications Proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Experience in translation, interpretation, and cross-linguistic communication is essential. Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage documents, records, and meetings. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to bridge communication between diverse teams. Knowledge of the heavy machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communication, International Relations, or a related field is preferred. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
