Production and Project Manager

Overview

The Production & Project Manager is responsible for managing service delivery operations and overseeing end-to-end project execution to ensure quality, client satisfaction, on‑time completion, and cost efficiency. This role ensures operational readiness and smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities

Service Operations Management: Plan and manage daily service operations to meet client requirements; ensure service quality standards and SLAs are achieved; allocate manpower and resources effectively; improve operational processes for efficiency and cost control. Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution; coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery; manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle; identify risks and implement mitigation plans. Team & Performance: Lead, supervise, and develop operational and project teams; set KPIs and monitor performance; ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in service operations and project management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving, planning, and execution skills. Familiar with service‑based business models and client management.
