Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist

Logistic Department . This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Only active university students are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

Assist the logistics team in coordinating the shipment and delivery of materials and equipment. Support the preparation and maintenance of logistics documentation (e.g., shipping documents, customs paperwork). Assist in maintaining records for import/export activities and compliance audits. Assist in managing import/export processes in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Participate in daily logistics meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. Perform other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

Active college student in D3/D4/S1. (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields) Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam, and the internship should be start on March 2026 for 8 Months duration. Applicants should not be participating in another internship program. Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions. Basic knowledge of import/export processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
