- English C1 minimum
- Your written English is on point
- Communicative & not afraid to chat
- Ready to work for permanent night shift (yes, weekends & public holidays included)
- Ready to join in APRIL
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Replying to incoming live chats & emails like a pro
- Handling customer questions via chat—fast, friendly, and clear
- Giving customers info about products & services
- Spotting urgent issues and escalating them when needed ⚡
- Documenting everything neatly based on SOP
- Completing chat logs (yes, details matter!)
- Updating customer profiles in the system
- Running quick customer surveys to check service quality
- Quickly figuring out user problems and delivering the right solution
