What You’ll Be Doing

- Replying to incoming live chats & emails like a pro - Handling customer questions via chat—fast, friendly, and clear - Giving customers info about products & services - Spotting urgent issues and escalating them when needed ⚡ - Documenting everything neatly based on SOP - Completing chat logs (yes, details matter!) - Updating customer profiles in the system - Running quick customer surveys to check service quality - Quickly figuring out user problems and delivering the right solution
