Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated

Research Partnership Manager

to join our growing R&D division. This role will be pivotal in planning and executing clinical studies that validate and support the clinical utility of our genetic products and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of clinical research studies, including study design, protocol development, IRB submissions, and study operations.

Drive strategic partnerships with hospitals, academic institutions, and clinical collaborators, serving as the primary point of contact for key opinion leaders.

Lead the writing of grant applications to secure external funding for clinical research initiatives.

Oversee execution across multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Manage and mentor a team of clinical researchers and study coordinators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Wet Lab, Bioinformatics, Knowledgebase, Software Engineering, Product) to align study designs with product development goals.

Contribute to publications, white papers, and scientific communications.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Clinical Research, Epidemiology, Genetics, Medicine, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience managing clinical research studies, preferably in genomics, diagnostics, or precision medicine.

Proven ability to lead project collaborations with key opinion leaders; experience in multi-center or international studies is an advantage.

Track record of securing research grants and/or tenders.

Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and institutional ethics board processes.

Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and cross-functional collaborations.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
