Telesales Supervisor

Responsibilities

Controlling and monitoring the activities of the Tele Marketing Staff team, coaching, giving motivation in achieving targets including helping to solve problems around Tele Marketing in the field.

Make recommendations for Tele Marketing system improvements for the company's product offering by phone that are more accurate and targeted.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing.

Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.

Strong in leadership and people orientation.

Having knowledge about multi-finance business process.

Familiar to work with Microsoft Excel & Google Workspaces.

Willing to be placed at Tanagcity Mall - Tangerang.
