Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service

Supervise and support waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house employees

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance and support

Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies

Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure timely service

Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards on the floor

Assist with opening and closing duties, including reports and cash handling

Salary & Benefits

Period of contract: 2 years

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Meals: one meal per day while being on shift (duty meal)

Housing: accommodation included

Insurance: health insurance according to Romanian laws

Transportation: when finishing shift after 11 pm

Medical: health insurance according to Romanian laws

Uniform: uniform included

Overtime: according to Romanian labor laws

Qualifications

1 year of experience

Able to speak Conversational English
