Sales Engineer - Bandung

Position Overview We're looking for a Sales Engineer based in Bandung to sell Weishaupt (German import) industrial burners. This is project-based technical sales: you'll identify opportunities, win tenders against competitors, and own the project through installation and commissioning. You'll also build long-term relationships by supporting existing clients with spare parts and technical service.

Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to understand client combustion needs, come up with product specifications and propose Weishaupt burner solutions Prepare technical proposals and compete in tender processes against other suppliers Manage won projects end-to-end: coordinate delivery, oversee installation and commissioning Provide ongoing technical support and spare parts sales to existing clients Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering (preferably) or Mechanical engineering At least 2 years of working experience Willingness to travel to client sites in Bandung and other cities 30% of the time

Compensation & Benefits Salary: Rp 6-9 juta/month (depending on experience) Health insurance (BPJS) Daily lunch Company vehicle for client visits Travel opportunities to other cities (all expenses covered)

Work Environment & Location Based in Bandung with ~8 client site visits/week within Greater Bandung area or other cities Reports to Weishaupt division head. Partners with a technician responsible for installation. Responsible for ~50 clients (initially start with 5-10 clients).
